What happens after you apply

If your application is approved, you'll receive an email with a link to complete your enrollment in The Decision Membership. You'll have 3 days from that email to enroll. We just ask that you complete enrollment within those 3 days while this is fresh.

By submitting this application, I authorize a $50 deposit to be charged to the card above. I understand:

My deposit is fully refundable if I'm not approved for the program.
If I'm approved and enroll within 3 days, my first month will be $497 (discounted from $897), and my $50 deposit applies toward that first month equating to $447 for the first month and $497 each month thereafter.
If I'm approved and don't enroll within 3 days, my deposit will be forfeited and the standard pricing of $897 for the first month and $497 per month thereafter will apply if I choose to join later.
